is all about getting more people enjoying taking part in sport and physical activity.
The Company.....
Active Coaching UK was set up in April 2007 to continue and build on the work I had started as the Community Sports Coach for the Keighley area between 2004 & 2006. Although mainly focusing on coaching to groups and organisations, Active Coaching UK is also involved in sports development in the local area. Working alongside partners such as Sport Keighley, Bradford and Airedale Teaching Primary Care Trust and the Sports Development Unit within Bradford Council, Active Coaching UK hopes to help both improve and create more access, resources and facilities for sport and recreation within the district. 
Aims and Objectives
As mentioned above Active Coaching UK works on both the delivery and the development of sport and physical activity within the local area.
Its main aims are as folows
- To provide quality and enjoyable activities to its participants
- To improve access to a varied range of physical activities
- To encourage more people to enjoy physical activities
- To signpost people to new and exciting activities
- To work with partners to develop activities for all
- To work with partners to achive the above
